About InstaCare

InstaCare Emergency Medical Services is a state-of-the-art Ambulance Service in New York dedicated to serving the needs of all patients in need of medical care. We are dedicated to providing “Clinical Excellence and Outstanding Customer Service” to all of our patients and their caregivers.

We began operating in April of 2015 with a handful of employees and three ambulances servicing five accounts in the Brooklyn and have experienced unprecedented growth since then. Since that time we have grown to over 300 employees, with over 40 ambulances, and several response vehicles. We have revolutionized ambulance service in New York with the way we do business and the “Clinical Excellence and Outstanding Customer Service” we provide.
